How we buy

A disciplined route from introduction to completion.

Direct contact does not mean rushed judgement. We move suitable opportunities forward by testing the commercial, legal, planning and technical facts in the right order.

Six stages. One accountable conversation.

01 / Introduce

Send the core facts

Start with the address, guide price, current use and contact details. Supporting particulars can follow where available.

02 / Fit

Initial view

We consider location, property type, occupancy, condition and the apparent route to a useful long-term outcome.

03 / Test

Property appraisal

Suitable opportunities are assessed in greater detail, including title, planning, leases, access, likely works, income, demand and valuation.

04 / Terms

Commercial terms

Where the opportunity remains suitable, proposed terms are recorded clearly and remain subject to the agreed conditions and due diligence.

05 / Verify

Due diligence

Solicitors and relevant property professionals examine the legal, physical, planning and technical position. Funding is determined for the individual transaction.

06 / Complete

Purchase and delivery

Once approved and contractual conditions are satisfied, the purchase can proceed. Any subsequent works follow their own approval and delivery process.

Clear where possible. Careful where necessary.

We aim to give an honest view of fit without creating false certainty. Complex property requires evidence, and the quality of the decision matters more than an artificial promise of speed.

What direct means

Owners, agents and advisers can speak directly to the person assessing the opportunity. It does not remove valuation, funding, survey, legal or technical review.

Submit a property

Four facts are enough to start.

Address. Guide price. Current use. Your contact details.
